About me
I’m Arisha — a yoga teacher and guide in working with the body, breath, and awareness.

But more than that, I’m someone who deeply understands what it feels like to be exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself.

For years, I lived in a constant state of stress — pushing through, overthinking, trying to “fix” myself. Until I realised that the body doesn’t respond to pressure — it responds to care. That’s when everything started to change.

Through yoga, breathwork and mindfulness, I didn’t just learn techniques —
I learned how to feel safe in my body again, how to slow down, and how to actually rest.

Today, I help others do the same.

My approach is gentle, body-based and realistic for modern life.
No pressure, no perfection — just small practices that truly shift your state.

My work is rooted in the belief that your body already holds the wisdom to heal. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and emotional awareness, we soften the layers of tension and disconnection — and rediscover what it means to feel whole.

This isn’t just about flexibility or focus. It’s about creating space for your nervous system to relax, for your heart to exhale, and for your energy to flow again.
